Here is Samara Lubelski’s “Jammage Cruiser”, from her Wavelength record, in a viewable form. This was made by artist/musician Kyle Eyre (if yr in New York City you might know her as Kyle Clyd) and it’s composed entirely of found super-8 footage. You know (or you oughta know !) all abt Samara, but abt Kyle, there is a lot that could be said. A native of New Orleans, she is the founder and co-organizer of Port d’Or (final gig there a few weeks back with Lisa Suckdog, Llilw Gray, Tamio Shiraishi and abt 16 others), She is a former professor of New Media at Antioch College, a member of The Second Sun, Mother Earth, she currently resides in North Adams, MA and above all, she is Friend to Samara.
